Bill Daly joined Fortune Associates in 2004 as a sales/leasing agent specializing in Industrial and Office/Warehouse Properties. Bill's extensive sales experience includes more than four years as an area sales executive with a Fortune 500 company. Bill graduated from California State University Fresno in 2000 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Since joining Fortune Associates, Bill has successfully leased over 300,000 square feet of office and industrial space. Bill maintains an Industrial Database containing more than 2,200 properties in the cities of Fresno, Clovis and Madera and is responsible for marketing existing Fortune Associates listings on the landlord side and representing tenants in the acquisition of their real estate needs.
