Brandon Lamonica joined Fortune Associates Commercial Real Estate in 2001 as a sales associate in the office division, working under the tutelage of Craig “Cap” Capriotti and Brett Fugman. Since joining Fortune Associates, Mr. Lamonica has extensive market experience involving, exclusive landlord and tenant representation, disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate, including commercial land and investment properties. To date, Brandon has leased over 800,000 square feet of commercial property and handled the sale of more than $16,000,000 of commercial property within the Central Valley. Mr. Lamonica has developed a reputation throughout the industry as a hard working and successful broker, who works diligently on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Lamonica is a graduate of California State University at Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. While attending Fresno State, Mr. Lamonica was a member of Fresno State’s WAC Championship Golf Team from 1995-2000 and was Fresno State’s 1998 NCAA Leadership Conference Representative, while serving as Co-Chairman for the Student Athletic Advisory Board Committee.

Mr. Lamonica has strong ties to the Central Valley and has been part of the community for more the 27 years. Mr. Lamonica has several community affiliations, including working with groups such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and the Fresno State Bulldog Foundation. Mr. Lamonica is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, snowboarding and competitive golf.
