     Brett D. Fugman started his commercial real estate career in 1989 in Newport Beach, CA. with The Irvine Company. At The Irvine Company, Brett worked within the Office Properties Division and specifically on the Office Towers of Fashion Island. In 1991, Brett moved back to his home town of Fresno and began working for Scott, Lauritzen Mathias Commercial Real Estate specializing in Office Properties. At Scott, Lauritzen Mathias, Brett was named "Top Performer" in 1995 and 1996. In 1997, Brett began working at Fortune Associates within the Office Division. Over the last fifteen years, Brett was exclusively involved in over 5,000,000 square feet of office space and sold over $50,000,000 of commercial property. Additionally he specializes in exclusive tenant representation in the Central Valley market. Since 1994, Brett has been one of Fresno's leading "Office Properties" brokers.
