This
past December, the Fresno City and County community leaders were searching
for ways to address suburban sprawl and bring life back into their downtown
neighborhoods.
A panel focused on helping the community improve existing infrastructure, revitalize older neighbor-hoods, and provide incentives to bring people back into the downtown area. In
Fresno, the panel provided recommendations on ways to redevelop the
Fulton Mall area and surrounding neighborhoods and to draw businesses
back downtown. |
