started his commercial real estate career in 1978 with
the firm of Charles Tingey Associates working in the office
division. In 1984 he joined the National Firm of Grubb & Ellis
to head up the Office Properties Division in the Fresno
office, specializing in the leasing sales and development
of office buildings in the greater Fresno area. "Cap" has
been exclusively involved with over 4,800,000 square feet
of office space and over 571 acres of commercial land sales.
He also specializes in exclusive tenant representation in the San Joaquin
Valley market.

1981, "Cap" has been one of Fresno's leading "office
properties" brokers. "Cap" has
successfully completed transactions with major clients such as Kaiser
Hospital, Central Valley Blood Center, Bank of America, Pacific Bell,
Internal Revenue Service, New York Life, Kemper Securities, Blue Cross,
State of California, Equitable Life, Monsanto, DowElanco, Ernst & Young,
California State Auto Association, AG. Edwards Co., Commonwealth
Mortgage, First American Title, Fresno Unified School
District, California School of Professional
Psychology, Financial Title, Santa Fe Railroad,
CBS Radio, Clear Channel Broadcasting Company, CH2M Hill, Children's
Hospital of Central California and numerous local companies. He was responsible for the origination of the Office Properties Division for the Fresno office of the national firm Grubb & Ellis. In January 1994, he resigned from Grubb & Ellis and started the commercial division for one of Fresno's leading residential firms, Fortune Realty. This new company was renamed Fortune Associates and has become one of Fresno's leading commercial real estate firms with 11 brokers specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate including office, industrial and investments sales and leasing. "Cap" has been the top producer at Fortune Associates from 1994 - 2004. "Cap" is 51 years old, is married with one child and resides in Fresno, California. He is a professional magician and has been a member of the Magic Castle in Los Angeles, California since 1976. He and his wife Carol, own and operate The Fresno Credit Bureau and Creditors Bureau USA, a retail and commercial collection agency. He is currently on the Board of San Joaquin Country Club and has served on various boards including " The Infant of Prague", a Fresno adoption agency. His hobbies are golfing, fishing, magic, playing music and traveling. |
