Owner, Larry Fortune, served five years on the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators and four years on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Central California. Fortune served on the Professional Standards Panel of the Fresno Association of REALTORS for over ten years and is a former member of the California Association of REALTOR’S Professional Standards Committee. Mr. Fortune has served as an expert on standards of ethical practice on behalf of the California Department of Real Estate and has served as an expert witness, trustee and receiver on numerous cases for the Fresno County Superior Court and United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
