Obtained his salesman License in 1972 and his Broker License in 1974. Started his career under the supervison of his father at Central Valley Realty until 1982 when he took over CVR. Remained principal broker until he became affiliated with Fortune Associates as broker associate in 1994.. He specializes in residential sales and development of residential subdivisions from the purchase of land through the sales of the completed homes. Education Graduated from San Joaquin
Memorial High School in 1971, attended Fresno City College for two years and California State University for three years majoring
in Real Estate Financing.
