Background

     Victoria J. Gonzales is a native of Fresno, California. After graduating from CSU Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, she left the area for a period of ten years where she conducted her post graduate studies overseas, and then graduated with a Master’s Degree from CSU Sacramento. She worked in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles, California before returning to Fresno to work at the Economic Development Corporation Serving Fresno County.

    For the next four years Victoria was responsible for the Business Retention and Expansion program in which she began to work with commercial brokers, developers and investors on expansion projects. She then spent four (4) years as the Executive Director of the Downtown Association of Fresno where she worked closely with the City of Fresno and the real estate development community to revitalize and redevelop downtown Fresno. In 2001, Victoria became a commercial real estate broker with the firm Grubb & Ellis/Pearson Commercial. In late 2003, she joined Fortune Associates as a specialist of Commercial Properties – Downtown Fresno where she works with one of Fresno’s leading teams in sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties.   Victoria has successfully completed transactions with a multitude of individuals and companies in Downtown Fresno and is the only local broker that is completely committed to working with and for the Downtown business community.

    Her professional and community service affiliations include the Rotary Club of Fresno, The Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce, The Fresno Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, CREW - Commercial Real Estate Women and the Fresno Women’s Network. She is also a candidate member of the CCIM Institute in her studies to become internationally designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
